      Beautiful state? Highest taxes in the USA. 24 hour traffic jams, oversold amusement parks and movie theaters. 2.5 to 3.25 hour waits for a table at beach restaurants. The 45th worst state for financial security? If you are on welfare, it's a great state. Free rent, free food, free cell phone, free gas, free medical coverage, then it is a beautiful state.
